26+ years ago I saw this quote and it awoke in me a desire to see the beauty of this world and places that as a child I had only dreamed about and so my journey in the travel industry began. 

I began my career by completing the travel and tourism course at SAIT followed by obtaining a position with Marlin Travel, which began a long association with that company. My role as an agent progressed to becoming a branch manager and then an owner of a Marlin Travel office. I spent 25 years with that organization and this past year I've branched out and have become an independent agent with the Escapes group, a Canadian company which is part of the Ensembles travel consortium. 

During my years in the travel industry I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and experience different cultures. Some of my favorites are Africa, Egypt, China and Europe. I absolutely love river cruising and exploring the history of our world. I continually dedicate my time to learning and growing to become the best consultant providing my clients with current and up to date advice. I've earned many travel certifications with cruise lines, destinations, countries and resorts and I have held a position on the SAIT Travel and Tourism board for the past 15 years.

I understand the importance of building a relationship with my clients and when I'm planning your vacation I put as much care, thought and dedication into your journey as I would for my own travels. I am as excited for your travel as you are. I am there from the start of that dream all the way until you return home.
