A few things to keep in mind 

Plan early
The peak time for beach destination weddings is from November to May and couples can expect to have the have the best weather during these times. You don’t want your resort choices limited so you should start planning at least a year in advance. Send out ‘Save the Date’ cards as soon as you can so that you can get an idea of how many guests you may have and allow your guests ample time to plan and the chance to incorporate your wedding into their annual vacations.  
 
Guest Care
